The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants, which we really appreciated. The staff provided excellent service, they were very caring and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of options including cereals, pancakes, and eggs.

Some of the staff was rude and they are still using an old credit card stamp machine. When I asked them why they were swiping it into their computer plus taking an imprint of the card they got rude with me. With all the identity theft out there they should be more concerned with their customers security and concerns.

When I arrived at the desk and there were two young ladies who were not friendly. They looked like rookies. It was so hard to understand them and they looked scared.

I was so disappointed that they charged me too much for one nite. One hundred dollars more than regular weekends. They won't give me discounts but we stayed there anyway.

Didn't want to leave! Had such a great time and will definitely come back. The location is super convenient, right off the highway. 🚗 Plus, there's a Flap Jack's nearby where I grabbed lunch.

Property was modern, with courteous staff and easy location close to several restaurants. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the king room itself was adequate and updated. A microwave and a fridge were available. Location: the hotel was very close to Lebanon Indiana, an industrial area and the southbound trucks.

A little loud for staying on the end part of hotel. We could here people going up and down stairs if they were beiging used.

When I asked about adding an additional person to the room, Booked.net increased the price by $40 and didn't notify me. When I checked out, it took the front desk a while to figure out why my final bill was different than the original amount quoted.

The room was great, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff really cared about us and got things done quickly. The location was awesome, right in the heart of town. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants nearby. 🍽️ It was also close to Indiana and some industrial areas.
